As many of our pieces are handmade, a lot of time, love, and effort was poured into each piece. We always hope that all our customers love our pieces, but in the event that there is an issue with a piece, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
You can receive a full refund/store credit (minus shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving your items. To apply for a full refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, please only ship items back for return via tracked shipping methods. Fair. is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
If items are not returned in its original condition, your return request may be voided. A refund/store credit will only be issued once the original item(s) has been received by our team.
If you are not entirely happy with your piece but you still want some FAIR. sparkle, you can exchange your item with a different item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Warranty & Repairs
We understand that life happens, and things break over time. To stay true to our sustainability values, instead of promoting the purchase of a new piece, we prefer to help you fix what may be slightly broken. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss what can be done to fix a worn out FAIR. piece!
Fair. will generally cover the cost of repairs attributed to normal wear for the first six months after purchase. However, if any jewelry shows signs of improper care, or is severely damaged in any manner, we will only repair the piece at a cost.
Stones can be tightened free of charge, and rings come with one complimentary resize. Any repair requests past the six month mark may require repair charges. Please note, that if any of our pieces are brought to another jeweller for alterations, this voids any warranty with us.

Include your name, description of the issue, clear photos of the damage/issue. If we are able to repair your piece, we will contact you with further instructions. Please be aware that repairs require time. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and Fair. does not take responsibility for lost/damaged items during transit so if you do send us an item for repair, please ship it securely with tracking. We also reserve the right to deny unreasonable demands for repairs.
Being transparent with our clients is important to us so please know that we do collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, register an account on our site, or place an order. Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information will stay private and will not in any way be shared with 3rd parties outside the realm of your experience with us. Any information provided from you may be used to further personalize your experience, improve our service to you, and to provide you with promotional emails (which you can unsubscribe to at any moment).
Fair. accepts Credit Card/PayPal as method of payment. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. Custom orders also cannot be cancelled once custom order agreement form has been signed.
