Fair. accepts Credit Card/PayPal as method of payment. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. Custom orders also cannot be cancelled once custom order agreement form has been signed.

Refunds & Exchanges
As all our pieces are handmade, a lot of time, love, and effort was poured into each piece. We hope that all our customers love our pieces, but in the event that there is an issue with a piece, feel free to contact us at shopfair.jewelry@gmail.com. 

At this time, we are not accepting any refunds or returns, as each piece is made-to-order. However, we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with. The exchange must take place within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and shipped to us with the receipt. We will only ship the exchange piece(s) once we have received the original. We will inspect the original piece to ensure that it is still in good condition before shipping the exchange piece(s). The customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Fair. is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for custom or special order jewelry pieces.

Warranty & Repairs

Fair. will generally cover the cost of repairs attributed to normal wear for the first six months after purchase. However, if any jewelry shows signs of  improper care, or is severely damaged in any manner, we will repair the ring at cost.

Stones can be tightened free of charge, and rings come with one complimentary resize. Any repair requests past the six month mark, repair fees may be required. Please note, that if any of our pieces are brought to another jeweller for alterations, this voids the warranty with us. 

For all repair inquiries, please contact shopfair.jewelry@gmail.com. Please include your name, description of issue, clear photos of the damage. If we are able to repair your piece, we will contact you with further instructions. Please be aware that repairs require time. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and Fair. does not take responsibility for lost/damaged items during transit. We also reserve the right to deny unreasonable demands for repairs. 


Being transparent with our clients is important to us so please know that we do collect information from our clients when they register on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. Our website may ask you to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Any information we collect from you may be used to help personalize your experience, improve our customer service, and to provide you with promotional emails (which you can unsubscribe to at any moment).
